  • Commercial Service Technician

    Skills/Requirements:

    • Braze and solder various metals to connect piping
    • Install, modify or repairs air ducts, indoor unit, drain pans, drain lines, and outdoor units
    • Install and calibrate thermostats, humidistat, solenoids, and timers
    • Inspect inoperative indoor or outdoor units to locate causes of trouble
    • Disassemble indoor or outdoor units, and replaces or repairs defective parts
    • Perform preventive maintenance on drain cleaning, coil sanitizing, and motor lubrication
    • Maintain required tools list for position
    • After repairs, completely evaluate the operations of the equipment using gauges, voltmeters, leak detectors, sling pycnometers, static, and velocity instruments
    • Work with light commercial accounts from small office suites to manufacturing/warehousing operations
    • Familiar with RTU’s and split systems up to 50 tons. Light refrigeration is also a plus.
    • NATE certification is preferred, but will work with the right candidate to obtain certification
  • Maintenance Technician

    Skills/Requirements:

  • New Construction Rough Mechanic

    Skills/Requirements:

    • Braze and solder various metals to connect piping
    • Read a duct & ventilation plan
    • Use ductulator to determine proper duct size
    • Install reduction boxes, triangles, trunk lines, return air boxes, and drops
    • Install bath vents, dryer vents, range vent and flue pipes
    • Run copper and drain lines
    • Layout platforms in preparation for trim mechanic
  • New Construction Trim Mechanic

    Skills/Requirements:

    • Braze and solder various metals to connect piping
    • Install or tie in air ducts, indoor units, drain lines, and outdoor units
    • Install thermostats, humidistats, and solenoids
    • Use ductulator to determine proper duct size
    • Use Hilti gun and tap cons to secure outdoor units to concrete pad
    • Install line sets
    • Install grills and fans
    • Read and understand blueprint plans
    • Load required parts and materials in work vehicle
    • Maintain required tool list for position
  • Residential Service Technician

    Skills/Requirements:

    • Braze and solder various metals to connect piping
    • Install, modify or repairs air ducts, indoor unit, drain pans, drain lines, and outdoor units
    • Install and calibrate thermostats, humidistat, solenoids, and timers
    • Inspect inoperative indoor or outdoor units to locate causes of trouble
    • Disassemble indoor or outdoor units, and replaces or repairs defective parts

  • Residential & Commercial Change-Out Mechanic

    Skills/Requirements:

    • Interact with Retail Salesperson on abnormal circumstances for the job
    • Communicate with customer in-person, the job to be performed prior to starting
    • Perform walk-through inspection of job site and consult work order requirements
    • Remove and replace all equipment while protecting the customer’s property
    • Perform minor carpentry work (moldings, platforms, doors, attic access, etc.)
    • Install, modify, or repair air ducts, indoor units, and outdoor units
    • Braze and solder various metals to connect piping
    • Disassemble indoor or outdoor units and replace defective parts
    • Maintain required tool list for position
    • Maintain cleanliness and fuel levels of company vehicles during their off-duty time
    • Electrical work to code when required
    • Collect cash or check payments from customers when required
    • Maintain a clean and neat personal appearance
