I had just had breast cancer surgery when one of my A/C units suddenly shut down. I called Del-Air, explained my dilemma and within two hours two techs were at my door. Dependability. Just today there salesman Tim Graf came out to my home for a free estimate. I need my 5 ton AC replaced with a new unit. There sales team made contact with me within 30 minutes of my request of a estimate they also are the first ones readily available to meet me for the estimate.Tim Graf was well dressed and very professional and knew his business. I was impressed and really liked him. I am shopping around for other proposals but I can give this company a 5 Star by just how professional they have been so far.

Our technician Felix was fantastic! He came to fix our A.C. on July 4th and was not able to get the part due to the holiday, but he didn't leave until he got our unit running in a temporary fix! There was no up-selling or shenanigans, the service was quick and direct. Felix was professional and skilled, we were very happy with the level of service received. We will definitely use Del-Air again!

Del Air had a repairman to my house in less than an hour on the weekend. The repairman was courteous and thorough as he checked out my HVAC system. He kept me informed on what he checked and what he found. He replaced my faulty thermostat and ensured my system was draining properly. The repairman was prompt and efficient. I would definitely use Del Air again.

I have been with Del-Air for many years & have a maintenance contract with them. I have never posted any comments until now. The technician, JP44, was awesome & I just wanted to express my appreciation. On a routine maintenance call, I thought I had an easy problem to fix. It was anything but easy. The technician, JP44, stayed over three hours until he fixed the problem. He was very honest, professional & explained everything to me. Barbara at Del Air is super to work with. It’s been 4 years now with Del Air service contract. Only had one bad experience with tech that came for bi annual service and said he was done in 45 minutes. It’s a typical 3 zone, 2.5-3 hour service. Barbara got all over this in a second and next day had experienced tech redo bi annual service. That tech was Anthony who is a stellar young man. Knowledgeable, and very service oriented. Have had him ever since. He is thorough as they come making sure everything is great before he leaves.

We got lucky! The reps that came to service our unit were kind, polite but above all very knowledgeable. You see horror stories on the news about reps that replace and charge for parts and labor that you don’t really need. Not the case here though. The Tech Victor came to do some regular maintenance as requested. Explained exactly what he is going to do. He went above and beyond the call of duty to clean, adjust and answer all the questions my terminally ill wife asked. The unit is 13 years old but works as well as a brand new unit after Victor did his assessment and work. When it’s time to upgrade Del Air and Victor will get the call. Blessings always 🙏🏽

Our air conditioning went out on us over a weekend. We called Del-Air and received service that same day. Mike was knowledgeable and extremely personable. He answered all of our questions (even though I know we had some dumb questions) and stayed with us until he was absolutely certain that everything was working properly. We were a bit disappointed in that Del Air would not schedule our appointment until the afternoon as when I called to make the appointment I advised we have a two-story house and it would be unfair to your technicians to get up in the attic in a two-story house in the summer heat I was told that morning appointments were saved for emergencies and that the maintenance was done in the afternoon your tech showed up he called his supervisor to advise the supervisor said it was up to him he decided to take the job went into the attic my husband assisted with getting the water helping him out since he was up in the attic on the second story and your tech was very good he did an excellent job Next Service we would prefer that it is set for the a.m. and not p.m. to help your techs with the heat Good job Joseph.

Jose was Extremely thorough. Probably the most thorough of any tech that we’ve ever had from Del air. He spent, what I consider, an adequate amount of time on maintaining our seven air conditioners. I had a routine maintenance scheduled and knew that there was a clog in the Condensate line somewhere, but was unable to clear myself. Giovanni was the technician who did the service and did a fantastic job. He showed me where the clog was - in the line from the pan underneath the coil to the condensate line - and was able to clear it. Giovanni did call another technician who was in the area to stop by and help as well, because he wanted to ensure that the job was done properly and that we wouldn’t have any further issues. Dan was the other technician to show up. He was called because he has been doing this for a long time, had a different set of tools, and would be able to confirm that the clog was in fact clear. Even though it took a little while longer to have the job completed, I really appreciated Giovanni making this call. Knowing that his main concern was having our A/C fixed and that he just wanted to have another set of eyes on it, was very reassuring to me. I would much rather have something take 5 minutes longer and done right, than being done quickly and then not totally fixed. Dan was great too. I could hear him giving notes on what to look for and passing on additional knowledge for future jobs. All in all, it was great. I would definitely recommend using Del Air, and both Giovanni and Dan were exceptional technicians that were friendly to me and my family. My a/c unit went out on Saturday, October 19, at 6 p.m. I called for service and spoke with Doreen. She handled all of my questions efficiently, and she put me on the list for Monday morning service. She also told me that if it’s at all possible and a service technician is available on Sunday, the technician might be able to schedule me in; and if not, service would be scheduled on Monday. I was most appreciative of her understanding and courtesy.On Sunday, October 20, at about 7 o’clock, your service technician, Tim Greene, arrived and had the unit chilling within minutes. Then he proceeded flushing out the system and ensuring everything was working properly. Tim did an excellent evaluation and repair to the unit. It’s working beautifully, and it was wonderful to have a/c on a very warm evening. I’m so grateful to DelAir for employing such a talented group of professionals. Thank you again, Tim, for fixing the problem.

Let me just tell you how Jacob saved the day. I had three different techs come out to my house. The first was adequate, the second was an ass who thought he knew everything and talked to me like I was a moron. Then there was Jacob. Jacob came in and saved the day. Yesterday I had an appointment between 9: an 2:00 PM, Peter arrived 6:20 PM.This was the 3rd visit in the last two weeks. First, was a module failure, it was replaced, the problem, he only had the wrong size and someone would return with the correct one. In the mean time we were scheduled for the contract maintenance. Second visit July 2nd, the tech arrived with correct module. That's when the problem started, apparently he didn't wire everything correctly. The unit worked before he arrived, but when he left it didn't. Another night with no air. When Peter looked at the wiring job and stated he could see the problem, went to work and performed the maintenance , checked everything. Now it work like new, Kudo's to PeterAlso, I paid for 6 filters which would be delivered when maintenance was done. "CORRECT! STILL WAITING"

Both technicians worked tirelessly...and for a long time to replace the defective coil and performed a six month service on the system. Ended up changing out the thermostat as well. Appreciated their help...just will now have to have Guardian out to reset the thermostat to relink it to Z-Wave automation.

Jason Brown very professional, polite and efficient. Seems he identified source of v minor leak onto filter. I wish to point out that among the four different service visits I've had, by four different men, during the past 15 months approximately , each of them tells me something different about frequency of change and installation of filters, about use of thermostats, and other issues. This does make it difficult for the homeowner to follow correct procedures and properly maintain the system. Do you provide any guide homeowners?Thank you David

Dell Air technicians have all been well trained and fixed the problem they came to resolve. Peter arrived about 8:00 last night and stayed until almost 11:00. He is excellent!Unfortunately, they have been here far too many times since the Trane Equipment seems to be a “lemon”. It’s a brand new home. We’ve lived here less than 2 months and we’ve already had 4 or 5 service calls. When you call in to report a problem, the staff are always very friendly and professional. They do an excellent job of updating arrival times for the repair staff.

This is a "state of the art" system, very technical, very EXPENSIVE. Two technicians have tried to repair the system, they were not able to decipher the operating system, they did not have the experience or knowledge of this system to diagnose or repair the system's error codes. Del-Air needs to contact Trane, have one of their qualified technicians come and determine why this system continues to breakdown, and fix it properly.Del-Air then contacted me, and advised they were sending out one of their top Supervisors to assess the situation. Sean arrived right on time, performed the analysis quickly, determined the blower motor needed to be replaced, then called the various warehouses to determine where to pick one up. Sean then proceed to drive from Tampa to Ft. Myers to pick up the new motor, a 5 1/2 hour round trip, so he could install the motor this afternoon, to "ensure I had AC asap." That is what I call OUTSTANDING customer service!!! Thank you Sean!! Daisy said to say 'thank you' as well!! With customer service like this, there is no debating why Del-Air is one of the largest, and best, HVAC companies in the US.

Last year I purchased my new home. Del-Air performed the Air Condition installation. The unit has performed flawlessly. Since my home was newly constructed I received information from Del-Air regarding various service plans. While trying to make my decision, I spoke to Janet Fauser in Customer Service. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient in helping me make my decision. During the past year I also spoke to Barbara Davidson. She helped me order the correct filters for my unit and made certain that they were delivered in a timely manner. Recently, Victor Feliciano, the service technician, came to my home to inspect and service my unit. Victor was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He was very thorough and explained all the work that he was performing. As a result of my interaction with various Del-Air employees it is obvious that they take a lot of pride in their work and that customer satisfaction is extremely important. I have developed a tremendous amount of confidence in Del-Air and will continue to utilize their services. I have highly recommended Del-Air to several neighbors.

We have had Del Air for about two years now and have been extremely satisfied with the quality of the service. Technicians have always arrived quickly when we needed them the most. Have always been knowledgeable and able to address the problem quickly and without having to come back for a second visit. Would highly recommend them for regular maintenance. AC stopped working o friends home while he was out of town. He called Del-Air and the arranged to send a technician on short notice. He asked me to let them as they needed someone at home. Benjamin arrived as promised with 5 minutes of the agreed time. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem and fixed the system for a reasonable charge. He was very professional and polite and explained everything to me and the owner who we reached by phone. Excellent service.

Sam and another gentleman (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) came out late on Thursday 10/10/19 to fix one of our units that was not functioning. They worked on it, but could not finish the job because it was late and Sam said he had to come back to find an additional leak (all the coolant leaked out). Sam came early on Saturday 10/12/19 and found and fixed the other leak. He was kind enough to do a total tune-up on both of our units. I was going to call your office today (10/14) to schedule the tune-up, but he said he would do it on Saturday. I really appreciated his gesture! He took his time and really did a very thorough job. He was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure everything was done correctly. I told him that I was late in calling your company for a tune-up because I had a very bad back injury. He was so kind to come on a Saturday and help us. Sam is a really good employee and an asset to your company. The other gentleman was also very nice!

Technicians were professional and courteous. They recognized what the problem was quickly and resolved it. The answering service, however was not as efficient. The robo answering system acknowledged they had a large number of calls. Suggested I leave a message and I would not lose my place in line. I would receive a return call. That did not happen even though I left another message a half hour later. After two hours of no response, I called again and simply waited for someone to respond. When that happened, I told her the problem with the call back process, but she seemed uninterested.

We've had Del-Air as our heating and a/c service for over 4 years. We've been very pleased. From the first contact via telephone at the home office to the service tech who comes to our home, every staff member is professional and friendly. Our a/c went out a couple of months ago on a brutally hot Saturday and Del-Air was able to get someone out to our home that afternoon. The technician, Eric, worked diligently for over 2 hours in the heat and was able to repair the problem. Couldn't have asked for better responsiveness and, again, professionalism was top-notch.

Del-air technician, Oliver, found a Freon leak in the heat exchanger during an annual maintenance visit. He was extremely thorough, helpful and friendly. Del-Air scheduled a replacement of the heat exchanger for the next day. The technicians , Jerry and Kyle, were right on time and very professional, helpful, courteous and focused. The job was completed quickly and both inside and outside work areas where left tidy and undisturbed. Everything met out expectations.

Jalon did excellent job installing the external grill on our Carrier outside A/C component.Ron (the Jacksonville supervisor) did excellent follow-up coordinating my request with the Del-Air corporate office in Sanford. The parts department at corporate obtained the part from Carrier. It was a team effort, Del-Air consistently demonstrates the benefit of doing business with an employee owed company. I was first their customer in Lake MARY (north Orlando) and was so satisfied with them, after moving to Jacksonville I bought a new system from them here to replace the old machine in our newly purchased home. (For maintenance) There are not enough maintenance technicians to meet the maintenance demand; therefore, we are discontinuing the service.

The service tech did come the next day at 4 pm as we were advised. Although it was almost 100 degrees today, the knowledge of the service man outweighed any inconvenience. He diagnosed the problem right away and got us back online quickly. I give top marks for the repair tech and overall effort.

My outside equipment gets sunshine and the service tech wrote the numbers in ink so future techs would know what they needed to verify. He did an excellent job cleaning my filters inside and the permanent ones. He cleared the drains and reset my temp controls. As I had difficulty doing so. I recommend Dale and Del Air to all.

This year is my first year having an annual preventative maintenance contract with Del-Air. The service technicians that came out for both visits were friendly and knowledgeable. They both let me watch what they were doing and explained the different things that they were checking, important things to look for, and also explained my results in depth. It was nice to not only have them come out to complete the preventative maintenance but to also have them treat me like a person and not a number. I will definitely continue to give my business to Del-Air going forward.

Ray answered our call in a flash, late on a Saturday night. We just moved into our new home a few months ago. I was ready to give him grief 😉 I thought something was wrong with our Air conditioner that's only a few months old. His Spirit and professionalism quickly calmed all of my fears. I was very impressed with my service technician Ozzy. We went over my symptoms the unit was experiencing and his investigative approach led him to find the culprit of the problem. We initially thought it was one thing, but he kept looking further into what was going on an isolated another problem that resolved my unit not cooling. Had he rushed because I was the last call of the day I would have had to call back and have someone return for the same issue but he kept digging and found what was really going on. My unit is actually cooling better than it has now since I bought the home over a year ago. Ozzy was very thorough, polite, and professional in his demeanor, but combined with being an excellent technician he's got a great career ahead of him. His attitude and excellent work ethic was a nice surprise. Thank you for the great work!

The Supervisor I spoke to when I mentioned my issue was extremely helpful in getting someone out to me right away to fix the problem. My A/C condensation drain line was really badly clogged, and I tried everything I could find online (DIY) to get it unclogged, with no success whatsoever. When the technician (Ozzy) showed up, he was courteous and professional, and did everything he could to fix the issue at hand, for which I am extremely grateful for his hard work and diligence. His persistence led to my issue being fully resolved, and even when he was hard at work he was very personable and friendly, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to come out and help me. This experience has made me a Del-Air customer for life, and I would gladly recommend their services to anyone!

Paul was the man who provided the most amazing service I have witnessed to date, however let's start from the beginning. I called customer service to seek help in restoring my AC unit after it would not start. Customer service team was very professional in their approach and gave me a clear time frame of when service will be provided. He did a very good job, he cleaned and checked both units inside and out. Took his shoes off while going in and out of home and cleaned up everything before leaving.He also parked his truck on the street and walked back and forth which we do have a pretty long driveway. All of this was done so no dirt was tracked in our home or driveway which was very much appreciated. He also has a great personality. We would recommend him for others, and would be happy to have him back for our next service appointment.

I was in NY getting exorbitant bills from Duke Energy. I knew it had to be the Heat pump and air handler. I called to set up an appointment before I arrived. I got in on Monday and my Appointment was for Wednesday. They called Tuesday to see if I was available I was and happy that they thought I would appreciate an earlier appointment. They came and I already knew what needed to be done. The only question was when they could do the job. They told me they would do it on Wednesday. They arrived Wednesday morning and worked all day They did a fantastic job took time to help me understand what my responsibilities are and explain the new thermostat which was a simple one as I requested. They cleaned up every thing my garage was spotless. They took all debris. I'm so glad I had the presence of mind to call them. I would definitely used them again. Their pricing was up front and clear and they did exactly what was explained. Nelson and the other two men were efficient and professional.

We’ve used Delair since 2010 and have always had excellent service. They perform maintenance twice a year and they also put in a new heat pump several years ago. Very responsive to emergency calls. Our last maintenance was in August and done by a woman which was refreshing to see. Overall a great company.

My mini-split AC was working fine for some time, but I recently noticed that it was not cooling as efficiently as before. The air coming out of the inside unit was cool, but not cold. It was also staying on much longer than it had before while trying to cool the room and could not lower the temp below 75 or so. After a call to Del Air, they sent out a specially trained mini-split technician and he quickly found and repaired the leak in the outside unit, recharged the system and all is well again! We recommend their extended warranty whenever we have a new system installed because they will usually pay for themselves over the long-term, especially here in FL.

I was very happy with my Del-Air person. He introduced himself before he entered my house and told me exactly what he was going to do. Before he left he asked if I had any questions that he might be able to address. I was very satisfied with Del-Air. Thank you
